Back to School We Go is a fantasy cookie art course that was inspired by the movie " The Wizard of Oz". The school girl, is walking through the enchanted forest in order to go back to school!
This is fairly long project; therefore Bobbie decide to focus on the most crucial parts of the cookie. If you want to learn more about this exciting new sculpting with icing and watercolor painting techniques?
Bobbie takes you step-by-step throughout the entire course. You will begin with transferring the design and making any modification to the designs. Next, Bobbie will demonstrate as she describes how her method of dimensional piping (royal icing sculpting) of the design works. Once dried you'll began mixing food paste into edible watercolor/acrylic paints, in order to develop realism. As you approach painting the Enchanted Forest Bobbie's you’ll learn how Bobbie’s Method of Cookie Decorating can equally be landscapes i.e. body's of water, mountains, and the Moors etc.. Plus her secrets to decorating efficiently.
