Bachata Dance class by Isolde Löfenholm and Adam Taub teaching "Open Up" a very common Bachata dance element in the Dominican Republic. There are many styles that can be implemented by both the lead and follow depending on individual style, music energy, connection between partners, flow etc.
One key aspect in the step is that we are coming back to the same place, meaning we really are not traveling with it. So, it can be done in place in a crowded social dance floor. There are traveling variations, but the lead and follow is different when traveling.
