Apple pie recipe
1 kg apples
50g white sugar
100g coconut sugar (adjust according to the sweetness of your apples)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 puff pastry sheets
Bake for 40 minutes at 180c
