Parts are automatically loaded and transferred through an immersion flood wash process where high-pressure and low-pressure flows simultaneously clean internal and external surfaces. The robot then positions each part for targeted high-pressure lance cleaning before moving through automated blow-off stations for moisture removal and cooling.
