I originally came up with this song as a way to get better at playing over key changes. The way it works is that it's all the same chord progression (vi, iii, IV, V) and on the 4th repetition, it modulates up a minor 3rd using the V chord in a V-I cadence, where the "new" I is the minor vi chord that the next progression begins with. After repeating this move three times, we're back at our starting key and the whole thing can just go on forever in a cool cyclical way. Great for practice.
