An experimental film exploring the peaks and valleys of Carl Jung’s process of individuation, as expressed through dance and free movement. Individuation is a transformation of the individual, whereby the unconscious is brought into consciousness forming a complete personality.

Thank you to Jordi and Pamela for trusting me with capturing raw emotion, this idea was created on a whim, captured completely improvised and with no choreography. Some times the process demands no surety, only openness through exploration.
