At 51 Stopping THIS Changed My Body…

Description

I spent years doing fitness the hard way. Here’s what I let go of, and what changed when I did…

1. I stopped chasing skinny and started chasing strong. Building muscle keeps my posture tall and my energy up, and I look and feel better for it. At this age and stage, my benchmark is longevity and feeling my best.

2. I stopped trying to be perfect. My life is a little chaotic, and yes, there are days I skip a workout. What matters is that I keep showing up. Consistency beats perfection every time.

3. I stopped believing a workout only counts if it’s an hour long. Some days all I have is 15 or 20 minutes, and I take it. Those minutes add up over the week and keep me moving my body every single day.

4. I stopped being a cardio queen. I still do cardio, but I pair it with strength training, and my results are so much better.

5. I stopped doing the same workout every day. Variety helps prevent injury and keeps me from getting bored, and my body keeps responding.

You don’t need to do more. You need to do it smarter.💋
