Description
STUFFED CHICKEN WINGS! Removing the bones from raw chicken a mission. But the first bite, makes it all worth the while........until it's all gone.
This is very Asian / Cambodian style stuffed wings. It's stuffed with MORE chicken mixed with Asian spices and herbs! The recipe is down below! ⬇️
Ingredients:
*About 10 wings (deboned with no patience)
+
1lb of minced chicken ( to stuff into the wings)
&
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of turmeric ( or to your liking )
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of sesame oil ( brings so much flavor and aroma)
4 Lemongrass stalks (grind up into paste)
1 garlic clove (grind with lemongrass)
1/4 Cup of Galangal (grind it into paste)
8 kaffir lime leaves, (optional)
1 tablespoon fish sauce (optional)
2 tablespoons of lime juice
&
.....Mix everything together (gonna be messy)
Mix ingredients into the minced chicken.
Stuff/shove the mix into the wings.
Clean up the huge mess and desanitize yaself.
Let the babies sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Cook until beautiful, and feast.
