I turn a kiwano into Ice Cream Rolls for a satisfying ASMR transformation you’ll want to watch all the way through. Its fresh flavor comes from the fruit’s green, jelly-like flesh and edible seeds.
With my -30°C frozen pan and my two scrapers, the kiwano becomes a colorful ice cream creation packed with satisfying food textures. The tapping, cutting, spreading, scraping and rolling create plenty of ASMR triggers while the bright green fruit gives these rolled ice cream curls a distinctive look.
At the end, I decorate the cup into a detailed Ice Cream Rolls creation and try it in a short mukbang taste test. The finished rolls have a fresh, fruity taste with the mild character of kiwano, and I give the taste a score.
