This is the first episode of a podcast style ASMR series where I talk about all things ascension and spirituality. I'm hoping to upload the audio from these to podcast streaming services at some point as well. In this episode I talk about what I think is the most important factor to decide whether or not each of us will be ascending. I then talk about how I think this is affecting the world right now and a part of the reason things seem so intense. I had a script written out but chose not to really use it except as a rough outline so I hope this makes sense to people. I also use the 3Dio with my hands, brushes, and a small bottle to make an ASMR soundscape while I talk so I hope you get tingles too!
The book I learned the microcosmic orbit from is “Awaken Healing Energy Through the Tao” by Mantak Chia. He also has another cool book he wrote with his wife Maneewan called “Chi Nei Tsang, Internal Organs Chi Massage”
