The Arsenal Strength Alpha DB/Row Kickback Bench is a unique free weight bench designed to perform a dumbbell pullover and an overhead tricep extension/press.
ALPHA ADJUSTABLE LUMBAR INCLINE BENCH
The Arsenal Strength Alpha Series Adjustable lumbar bench has two adjustments that allow for the bench to be custom fit to the user. The 4 position lumbar adjustment changes the length of the lumbar support to ensure that the user’s lumbar region is completely supported throughout the movement of choice. The 6 adjustable height positions also further the adjustability of this incline bench. Standard wheels allow this bench to be mobile throughout the gym.
ALPHA UPRIGHT UTILITY BENCH
The Arsenal Strength Alpha Fixed Upright Bench is simple, yet purposeful. The elevated foot bar allows the user to be secure through all movements and standard wheels make moving the bench throughout the gym easy.
ALPHA ADJUSTABLE DECLINE BENCH
The Arsenal Strength Adjustable Decline Bench has 6 levels of adjustment to allow the user to adjust to their individual preference. Lower leg roller pads ensure that the user is secure throughout the chosen movement; while standard wheels allow for easy transport throughout the gym.
ALPHA MULTI ADJUSTABLE BENCH-LADDER STYLE
The Arsenal Strength Alpha Series Ladder Style Multi Adjustable bench features 6 levels of angle adjustment on the back pad and 3 levels of angle adjustment on the seat pad for complete exercise variability.
