There's no doubt that Genesis Ascended has introduced some incredible ideas. The new ocean physics, dynamic waves, sailing mechanics, naval combat, and pirate fortresses are some of the most ambitious features Studio Wildcard has ever added to ARK.
But it's not all smooth sailing.
Once you dive beneath the surface, the underwater experience feels surprisingly empty compared to what many players were expecting. Combined with launch bugs, server issues, and performance problems, it's left the community asking an important question...
