ARK: Survival Ascended’s 2026 creature TLC schedule is starting to become slightly concerning.
During its 2025 Extra Life campaign, the ARK community raised more than $200,000 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and unlocked five community-selected creature TLC passes scheduled to release throughout 2026.
The five selected creatures were:
🕷️ Araneo 🦅 Quetzalcoatlus 🦖 Giganotosaurus 🌿 Therizinosaurus 🌙 Megalosaurus
However, with August quickly approaching, only one of these five updates has been released.
The Araneo TLC transformed ARK’s spider with updated visuals, improved movement, web-based traversal and new combat abilities—but four promised TLC passes are still waiting.
Studio Wildcard has confirmed that work is beginning on the Therizinosaurus and that it will be the next creature to receive its TLC. Unfortunately, it still doesn’t have a confirmed release date.
That leaves Therizinosaurus, Quetzalcoatlus, Giganotosaurus and Megalosaurus to arrive within the final five months of 2026 if Wildcard intends to complete its original schedule.
There is still enough time for all four updates to release, especially if some arrive alongside ARK’s other major content drops. However, with Astraeos’ final update, the Galleon, Concavenator, Cerberax, UE5.7, Enigmasaur and Dragontopia also approaching, the remaining calendar is becoming extremely busy.
