Description
Your credit card usage behaviour impacts your financial health.
Transactors and revolvers represent two fundamentally different credit card user behaviors. Transactors pay off their full outstanding balance every month, using the card primarily for convenience, rewards, and cash-flow management rather than as a source of credit — they rarely pay interest and are highly attractive to issuers for their spend volume and low credit risk. Revolvers, on the other hand, carry forward a portion of their balance month to month, paying interest on the unpaid amount — they’re the primary source of interest income for card issuers, but also carry higher credit risk and are more sensitive to over-leverage.
