I may be an Olympian, but I'm a SLOW runner. Will carbon plated super shoes help me run faster? That's what I wanted to explore in this video!
When I saw these New Balance SC Elite v5's on sale for $116, I could help but give them a try. I'm not the intended audience for this kind of shoe, but I was curious to see if it would actually help me improve my 5k time!
This video is just an initial test of the shoe. If y'all want, I can create a more in-depth review later, but since this shoe isn't the newest model I probably won't make a full review.
