This is the 1980 TV version of ANT FROM UNCLE, containing original laugh track + a Misterjaw bumper that originally aired on the syndicated version of THE PINK PANTHER SHOW (1980). The laugh track was still present, but had evolved over the years and was now less intrusive (see here for original 1971 version - https://youtu.be/Xhxk-WdE32g).
The audio here was taken from a WGN Chicago 9 broadcast in 1981. The sound was recorded onto a TDK audio cassette; the recorder was placed in front of the TV set speaker.
