The Beagles have arrived! These sweet Beagles have only known a life in captivity and have been bred by Ridglan Farms for use in testing facilities.
When the Beagle Freedom Project reached out to ask if we could take in 33 dogs at our own shelter and help transport 16 more to local rescue partners, it was easy to say yes.
As a leader in animal welfare, we're honored to join in this large-scale rescue effort, and to engage our local partners at Tri-County Humane Society and Ruff Start Rescue to provide these dogs with safe shelter, essential medical and behavioral care, time to come out of their shells, and – most importantly – loving, new beginnings.
