Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Resynced features 12 Ultimate Upgrade Plan locations required to fully upgrade the Jackdaw. Collecting all of these plans unlocks the ship's final upgrades and helps you earn the Ship This trophy/achievement.
Six Ultimate Upgrade Plans are found in Underwater Shipwrecks, which become accessible after Sequence 06 – Mission 01: Diving for Medicines. These plans unlock some of the Jackdaw's most powerful upgrades. The remaining six are obtained by collecting specific Treasure Maps and digging up the buried treasures they reveal.
