Alfa Romeo Giulia QV Custom Coilovers Being Developed. After 8 years owning 5 Alfa Romeo Giulia QV and testing every single lowering spring, software and coilover kit on the market I am now taking my own money and investing into developing our own suspension kits with the help of leading suspension and race engineers at the core of this project. The biggest drawback of this car from day 1 has been the weak shock valving and software tuning. The aftermarket has not properly addressed this concern and has been running around trying to offer mediocre solutions but never a solid bolt in solution. I know exactly how I want this car to feel based off the other cars I own and all the sports cars we work on daily for years. If we can achieve these results this will finally make the Giulia QV a force to be reckoned with. Other brands such as BMW have 100 times more aftermarket and racing support but Alfa Romeo is still a niche brand with limited options. We will first develop a single adjustable kit for R&D testing and fit testing then transition into a double and external reservoir kits for the more advanced users. We also will be playing with various springs rates based on roll center, tire sizes and what customers report back to us during testing. I am super excited about this project and I wish I did this sooner but now is the time to give my 2024 Alfa Romeo Giulia QV one last chance to stay in my garage or move onto something else.
