I've been streaming a ton of My Hero Ultra Rumble lately, and they just added Aizawa to the game. Looking at the character objectively I'd say he's solidly in the B+ or A- tier with some amazing tools and decent damage. Check out this awesome game I had where I managed to win after both of my teammates were gone early!
