This ‘adoption paradox’ warns that without a shift toward home grown innovation, our digital momentum is merely a lease on someone else’s future. To achieve true technological sovereignty, India must transition from being the world's most enthusiastic consumer to its most essential architect, ensuring that the brains behind our digital revolution are as local as the data powering them.
