Suzan Peeters is a Brussels-based accordionist, composer, and improviser who uses the instrument in ways previously unimagined. Her work balances warm, compositional moments with a cinematic sense of charge and character.

Suzan Peeters: accordion and electronics
In this session, Suzan Peeters presents pieces from her album Cassotto, released in October 2025. Within these compositions, she explores new sonic textures of the accordion. Starting from the instrument’s rich spectrum and diverse registers, she further expands its sound world through electronics and a key element in her setup: the vibration plate.
