Casey Goodson Jr was a 23-year-old black man who was murdered at the hands of Franklin County sheriff's deputy Jason Meade in Columbus, OH, less than five miles from my home. Casey was returning home from a dentist appointment. He committed no crime, posed no threat, and did nothing wrong. Police claimed he was waving a gun, Casey was holding only his keys, a mask, and a sandwich when he was murdered. Please consider donating to Casey's family, if you are able, through the link above.
