Description
Dear Vlogtober 22 Hey besties!!
Welcome back to another day of Vlogtober! Today, me and Daniel are making a little grocery store run because we're trying to start making some healthier choices when it comes to what we eat!
We decided to grab some things to make a good chicken salad for dinner, and honestly, we're just trying to find a better balance. That doesn't mean we're giving up our food reviews, trying new restaurants, or enjoying the foods we love because y'all KNOW we love to eat lol. We're just learning how to incorporate healthier meals into our everyday routine.
Nothing too fancy today, just a quick 20-minute mini vlog, some grocery shopping, and a little mother-son time. It's the small changes that count!
Thank y'all for continuing to show up and spend your days with us. I appreciate you more than you know!
Don't forget to LIKE, COMMENT & SUBSCRIBE, and let me know some of your favorite healthy meals that are actually GOOD because we need ideas!
Love y'all,
Airi
