I made a coffee table out of rocks and walnut boards. I made the first stone and wood table using my angle grinder. This was an experimental DIY project but since it turned out well I wanted to see how fast I could make additional coffee tables to sell. I used a break saw for the 2nd table and was able to build it in under 9-hours. you can cut rocks with an angle grinder and tile cutting blades just fine but its faster with bigger saws designed for concrete. Here is a list of tools I like for working with stone and wood.
