During his fifty-year career, Benny has worked at the intersection of physical performance, mindset, and human potential. Trained as a sports massage therapist, Board Certified Athletic Trainer, and mindset coach, he has supported athletes performing on the world’s most demanding stages. In 1996, Benny served as Program Manager for Athlete Medical Services at the Atlanta Centennial Olympic Games, and over the years has worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer at six Olympic Games. Benny’s professional reach spans the NFL, NBA, MLB, PRCA, professional cycling, and professional dance, where his integrated approach to mind-body performance has helped athletes refine focus, resilience, and longevity. Alongside his clinical and athletic work, he is widely recognized as an industry leader in elite mental performance coaching.
