*Ingredients*
Eggs – 8
Sugar – 200g
Flour – 200g
Cocoa Powder – 20g
Oil – 2 tbsp
👩🍳 Method:
Eggs aur sugar ko high speed par 8–10 minutes beat karein jab tak mixture fluffy aur light na ho jaye.
Flour ko sift karke gently fold karein.
Ab batter ko 2 equal parts mein divide karein.
Vanilla Sponge:
Pehla half direct 8x8 inch round mold mein daal kar bake karein.
Chocolate Sponge:
Doosre half mein 20g cocoa powder (sifted) aur 2 tbsp oil add karke gently fold karein.
Isay bhi 8x8 mold mein bake karein.
Preheated oven 170–180°C par 30–35 minutes bake karein.
Completely cool hone dein.
Ab 4-inch cutter se cut karke 4 bento cakes banayein:

2 Chocolate Bento
