Applications and Features
This machine is suitable for filling cream-based cosmetic products, such as multi-color spiral or cylindrical lipsticks, cream eyeshadows, and lip glosses. It offers high filling speed, accurate dosing, easy operation, and convenient cleaning.
1. Piston Filling System: The machine uses a piston filling system to ensure high dosing accuracy and minimal filling deviation. The filling nozzles are equipped with a suck-back function to prevent material dripping and residue.
2. Double-Layer Heated Hoppers: Both hoppers feature a double-layer construction, with heat transfer oil in the jackets to heat the materials. Motor-driven agitators effectively regulate the mixing speed and ensure uniform heating throughout the material.
3. Independent Digital Temperature Control: The material-contact components, including the filling nozzles, pumps, and filling cylinders, are equipped with independent digital temperature controllers, allowing the temperature to be adjusted to suit different materials.
4. Rotary Table with 24 Stations: The machine adopts a rotary-table operating system with 24 stations and a sensor-controlled dual-lifting filling system. The filling height can be adjusted according to the height of the containers. The adjustable rotary stations provide greater flexibility and operational efficiency.
5. PLC Control System: The machine is controlled by a PLC. Parameters such as filling volume, timing, and temperature settings can be configured through the PLC interface, allowing precise adjustment of the required filling volume.
