Volkswagen introduced Nivus, the newest and smallest crossover coupe in its product range. The new Volkswagen Nivus will be sold in South America with a 116 horsepower 1.0 liter TSI three-cylinder engine. The unit, called 200 TSI, also works with ethanol and produces 128 horsepower and 200 Nm of torque when using E85 (85% ethanol 15% gasoline). The unit transmits its power to the front wheels through a 6-speed automatic transmission. Built on Polo foundations, the Volkswagen Nivus has a length of 4266 mm, a width of 1757 mm, and a height of 1493 mm. So the car’s dimensions are pretty close to the T-Cross, but Nivus is a little longer than it. The vehicle has an axle distance of 2566 mm. As such, Nivus is one of the largest interior cars in its class. The luggage volume of the car was announced as 415 liters.
