Remember the 2010 census? I remember two of my policy-interested friends getting into an argument about how much that contributed to job growth under Obama's administration. I finally decided to look at the data now that we're more than a decade past that. I didn't realize how much it reflected our current situation with "temp work" or "intermittent work." However, now it's the food delivery app drivers and the dog walkers replacing the census workers as the new "temp" workers being counted as "employed." Let's explore.
