This week, we're heading to Walmart to see how far we can stretch $10 while adding a few more pantry staples to our winter food stockpile!
Here's what I picked up at Walmart:
🛒 MY WALMART $10 STOCK-UP:
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1 strip of yeast packets
2 cans of fruit cocktail
1 package of instant mashed potatoes
1 can of corn
The idea behind this series is simple: spend just $10 each week to slowly build up a little extra food for winter. This isn't about panic buying or preparing for the worst. It's simply about having a few extra things on hand in case winter weather makes it difficult to get to the grocery store.
And remember—only buy foods that YOU and your family will actually eat! Don't buy something just because it's cheap. What I choose for my $10 might look completely different from what you'd buy, and that's perfectly fine!
