Lately I've realised I've fallen into a bit of an overconsumption rut. It wasn't huge shopping sprees or expensive purchases—it was all the little things that seemed to find their way into my basket.
In today's chatty video I'm sharing the 10 things I'm choosing not to buy this summer, from random Temu orders and seasonal décor to takeaways, duplicate toiletries and even why I'm waiting before buying a Ninja Creami.
This isn't about never treating yourself or feeling guilty for spending money. It's about becoming more intentional, appreciating what I already have, and breaking the habit of buying things just because they're cheap, trendy or convenient.
