I am so excited to share this video with you...I often get asked how I juggle work and kids, especially as Tom is away so much. Personally, I don't think I am nailing the challenge of work and young children, but I do have some simple systems that I try and stick to, to help me stay sane, organised and with a good sense of humour.
When things fall apart, or I get overwhelmed, it is often because I haven't stuck to these simple systems. These are easy to implement, easy to stick to and make life just a little less chaotic.
