So many of you have been asking me, what's new on the Monster Layout Build for 2022 so here is the latest Son! I have done just a few layout projects since my last video in April of 2021.
Note: I am going to be planning a contest with a Big cash prize to the winner that comes up with the best layout track plan for the 9-10 major industries that I must have on the HO scale "Desert Rail Division II" layout. The Plan for that contest is in May 2022 so get ready!😁😁
P.S. Since March of 2021 I have experienced some setbacks in my personal life that instantly killed my drive and excitement of starting the next stages of the layout build up until now. In March 2021 I was injured at work and out for almost 11 months on Workers Comp and returned not that long ago on January 11, 2022.
In July 2021 my Dads health had deteriorated to the point that he needed fulltime assistance so we moved him in with Loretta, the kids and I but shortly after, in August 2021, Loretta's mother (Who is dying from Brain Cancer) received bad news about her cancer so we also moved her in with us to be with her Daughter Loretta and her Grandkids for the final months of her life and sadly a week ago she suffered her first bad seizure, and was rushed to the ER, had an MRI done and the doctors decided that it was time to put her on Home Hospice until the end, which is sadly, very near and very real at this point.
Loretta and I are raising my kids and living our best personal lives but things around us are falling apart and require much of my attention at this time. I apologize for NOT posting any video updates and for how I completely stopped responding to ALL PMs on Youtube and FB mainly due to me being so overwhelmed and not feeling up to answering any questions about ANYTHING let alone trains. My family and I are going thru a tough time, and I know that eventually it will get much better but right now, well... I am still around, I still love trains and this hobby!
