This one is special. While Squaresoft's Chrono Trigger was my childhood introduction to JRPGs, Final Fantasy VIII was my first FF title and the first game that ever moved kid-rian to tears. Seriously, it would take eight years — until 2007 and Mass Effect — for a game to make me yell "NO!" so heartbrokenly at my screen. VIII just passed its TWENTY-SEVEN year release anniversary. What better time to return to one of the true PS1-era greats?
My streams are meant to feel different to my recordings. As a rule, video / VOD content on the channel features emergent narrative, grand strategy, and unscripted sandbox experiences. Livestreamed content, by contrast, features more cinematic, scripted narratives for our channel's ten-year-strong community to enjoy together.
