It starts with a visit to the legendary Kewpie Mayo Terrace, where I finally got to see how Japan's most iconic mayonnaise is made, learn its incredible history, and even cook inside their test kitchen.
Then we head into one of Tokyo's hidden neighborhoods to create something completely new: an Osaka Cheeseburger inspired by okonomiyaki, loaded with Wagyu, pork belly, caramelized onions, melty cheese, and, of course, Kewpie Mayo.
