I lay out my whole tool stack on the ICOR framework in myICOR.
Shiny object syndrome rarely comes from a lack of tools. It comes from not understanding your productivity system end to end. In this video I map every tool I use onto the ICOR framework, a Venn diagram with four areas: PKM, PPM, BKM, and BPM. The map shows redundancies and gaps in minutes.
You will learn the difference between core, satellite, planner, and utility apps, and why it decides how risky a tool switch really is. I place ClickUp, Todoist, Gmail, Superhuman, Sunsama, Tana, Raycast, and Claude on the map, then go deeper with integration levels and secondary categories.
By the end you can lay out your own stack and see where your system is bloated and where it leaks.
