Xbox showed more Gears E-Day during the Xbox Games Showcase 2026, so I had to check out the full Gears of War: E-Day Direct and give my reaction.
As a longtime Gears fan, I’m looking at the gameplay, atmosphere, story direction, Marcus and Dom’s return, and whether E-Day feels like the classic Gears of War energy we’ve been waiting for.
