The wildfire smoke that affected many people across Northeast Wisconsin also took a toll on animals around the area. Animals at the NEW Zoo are making their way back into their outdoor exhibits this week. For several days in a row, some were moved inside due to poor air quality across the region. EAA AirVenture continues to bring in thousands of people to the Oshkosh area, including a Guinness World-Record setting pilot. Jessica Cox is the only pilot in the world with no arms. She is in town to raise awareness for the over five million adults living with limb difference and she will also raise support for the Impossible Plane – the first plane ever designed to be flown with feet alone. Kaukauna School District teachers in need of classroom supplies now have an in-house resource to help them stock up. The Ghost Teachers' Closet, is set up in Kaukauna High School.
