Follow along at home with cardiac rehab expert Hara Markos as she demonstrates warm-up exercises and stretches you can do sitting down or standing up.
Stop immediately and contact your GP if you feel unwell, very short of breath, chest pain, dizziness or heart palpitations while exercising.
