Description
How and Exactly Why could a space craft reach the outer edge of our Solar System called the Heliopause and turn around all by itself...not directed by ground control.
Scientists are Freaked Out and have no explanation but I think I can explain this and my "Dipole Electron Flood Theory" predicts it.
