Welcome to the ultimate outdoor shadow boxing workout for all fitness levels. Today, we are taking our training outside to a beautiful dock on the water for a high-intensity, full body conditioning session.

While we will be throwing sharp, fast boxing combinations, the secret to this routine is the lower body integration. We are using legs heavy throughout the entire session—utilizing deep squats, lunges, pivots, and continuous footwork to maximize calorie burn and build explosive power from the ground up.
