As @ujazididgeridoo celebrates its 10th anniversary, this moment also marks a milestone: the 50th @zalemdelarbre Signature didgeridoo.
The first Signature model was created in C, later adapted to C# and B.
Today, the arrival of this 50th instrument is the perfect opportunity to go even further and develop a brand-new Signature model in D.
The air column — still very wide, just like the previous models — has been redesigned to match Zalem’s playing style: wide dynamics, smooth wobble transitions, and beatbox elements blended into a harmonic-rich didgeridoo sound.
We focused heavily on comfort and on the drone’s ability to stay stable, rich and expressive even at low pressure.
This makes the instrument both accessible for beginners and inspiring for advanced players looking for a versatile D.
And because this is the 50th ZS, part of the “10 Years Anniversary” collection, it needed a wood that truly stands out.
We chose a material that carries strong symbolism for Zalem — a wood he had always dreamed of working with: olive wood.
