In this video, I show the process of turning wood ash into Potassium Nitrate (KNO₃) using a simple homemade method. 🔬
First, I collect ash from burned wood and process it to extract potassium compounds. Then, through a few chemical steps, the material is converted into potassium nitrate crystals. During the experiment I explain the basic chemistry behind the reaction and demonstrate the crystallization process.
This video is for educational and experimental purposes, showing how useful chemicals can be obtained from common natural materials like wood ash.
⚠️ Safety Note:
Always perform chemical experiments carefully, use proper safety equipment, and work in a well-ventilated area.
