So my 2006 Honda Civic decided it was time to start marking its territory… yep, transmission fluid leak. And instead of doing the sensible thing (like going to a mechanic), I chose ✨confidence✨.
Armed with YouTube tutorials, a questionable set of tools, and zero professional experience, I dove in thinking, “How hard could it be?”
Fast forward:
Hands covered in mystery fluid
Random bolts I don’t remember removing
Mild emotional damage
Car still leaking… but now with ✨extra steps✨
At this point, it’s less of a repair and more of a science experiment.
Will I fix it?
Will I make it worse?
Will the car ever forgive me?
