WE'RE HEADING TO THE BEACH
In this part we start turning Bumpkin Bay into the seaside resort it was always meant to be. We head down to the waterfront and create our first proper beach area, complete with deck chairs, beach towels and I get fuming trying to make a VERY steep path...
We also continue expanding the residential area with more villas, and make some improvements to the boutique hotel by adding a new route that takes guests all the way down to the water's edge!
