Before, the soil was so dry that farmers struggled to grow crops.

Thanks to the support of the Ecosia community, we’ve partnered with Trees for Future to create food forests in Senegal that help farming communities adapt to the effects of climate change.

Here, trees grow alongside crops, protecting them, restoring the soil, and cooling temperatures 🌳

This also means that families can harvest more fruits and vegetables, improve their nutrition, and earn higher incomes 🌱
