Car in the driveway. The neighbor wasn't even sure anyone still lived there. What happened next, we weren't expecting. This property had been neglected for over a year through no fault of her own. No help. No resources. Just a broken mower and a yard that kept growing while the city watched. When we finally made contact, the full story started coming out — and it stopped us in our tracks.
