Think cantaloupe has no place in pasta? Think again. This summer pasta was inspired by a conversation during one of my Japan trips, where someone suggested a melon pasta recipe I couldn't stop thinking about. I took the idea, made it my own, and the result is a sweet, savory, creamy pasta loaded with caramelized cantaloupe, garlic, parmesan, arugula, crispy prosciutto, and just enough heat to keep everything in balance.
