If you're a producer, artist, songwriter, or musician, your work has most likely already been used to train AI audio models without your permission and without pay. The Atlantic published a tool where you can search for your own music in their training data. Lawsuits against Suno, Google, and YouTube are piling up, but a lawsuit only fights what already happened. H.R. 6028 decides what happens next.
